Agape Church
Agape Church is a large non-denominational, Christian church in Little Rock, Arkansas pastored by Happy Caldwell & Jeanne Caldwell.
History
In 1979 Happy and Jeanne Caldwell founded Agape Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, acting on what they believed to be a call from God. Later, in 1988, Happy and Jeanne announced that they had been told by their God that they should extend their message beyond Central Arkansas. To this end they founded VTN - the Victory Television Network. This is a network of 3 full power TV stations and is carried on over 225 cable systems, reaching approxiamately 1.2 million households.
Also desiring to see what they believe to be spiritual excellence in education, Agape Church established Agape Academy - a private elementary school, Agape School of World Evangelism, and Agape College which offers both diploma and degree programs.
